Fort Scott Brick Project

We were so excited to make 100 numbered brick ornaments for Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce to sell as a benefit to Christmas on the Bricks, a Christmas festival held annually in Downtown Historic Fort Scott, Kansas.

The festival is held the first weekend in December and brings thousands of people to our tiny town. The bricks are crafted after the “Fort Scott Block” bricks that you can see throughout the town.

The first year the brick ornaments sold out in 2 hours flat.

Fort Scott Christmas 2023

The Artificers, Bourbon County Clay’s sister company, holds an annual art show the first weekend of December, in conjunction with Fort Scott’s downtown Christmas on the Bricks Christmas festival.

During this time Bourbon County Clay creates a special, limited edition, Christmas decoration that is introduced that weekend and is sold in-store and online.
